“He started with a passion for cinematography, but in order to achieve that, he had to direct his own projects first. That’s when he quickly realized he liked both aspects of such tasks. “Faixa Negra”, a 2011 documentary that ran film festivals internationally, kicked off his first steps in directing. After that, his path through direction stretched over automobile advertisements, documentaries, videoclips, commercials among others. Knowing that a well-structured aesthetic vision is of vital importance in carrying the mood of a particular piece of work, his goal is to do precisely that, while bringing something new in every assignment and also making sure that whoever sees it feels a deep and powerful connection to it”
